• Jess S. Salazar founded Benchmark Realty, LLC in 1986.
• Obtained a seven-year contract in 1994 with the Port of Seattle to develop and administer a Transaction Assistance Program, which was the precursor for the 3rd runway eminent domain buyout.
• Jess has written numerous real estate articles and lucratively flipped 18 homes over a 25- year period.
• In October 2010, then Governor Christine Gregoire, appointed Jess as a member of the Washington State Real Estate Commission. His term expired in August 2016.  On August 2017 Governor Inslee, reappointed Jess for an additional six-year term.  Jess is head of the education sub-committee as well as serving as the Commission vice-chair.
• Over the last 25 years Jess’s primary focus has been as a real estate investment counselor to many investors.  This experience helped him create real estate investments strategies for non-institutional investors.
• Jess also developed the real estate tutorial app RELynks.
